Hey everyone, Cristina here, author by day, storyteller whenever inspiration strikes. I’m thrilled to share some fantastic news: Brand Education has named me Author of the Week!
What Brand Education Had to Say
In their 26 August 2025 feature, Lucia Matuonto highlights the “award‑winning author” behind the Crack the Case series. These interactive mysteries hook readers with humor and twists. Each book offers not one, but three possible endings. (Read the full feature here.)
The article captures the essence of my series as “a fun, interactive experience.” Readers can pick or even submit their own endings. I feature some of them on my website CrackTheCaseBooks.com.
Exciting Updates: New Releases and Upcoming Titles
Additionally, I’m also thrilled to share that I just released two more Crack the Case books:
All of this means even more mysteries for readers to crack, enjoy, and—if you’re feeling creative—rewrite with your own endings.
Exciting extra news: I will release my novel-length mystery, Tremor in the Hills from a different series: The Cracked Andes Chronicles, in just a couple of weeks. This is perfect for those who enjoy a longer, immersive mystery! Set in Peru, the story draws on my experience surviving a major earthquake. It blends real-life tension with a gripping murder mystery.
